The Legacy of <Danish Einherjers> Lives On – Welcome to Our New Guild Forum!

Fellow Adventurers,
We are proud to announce that the legendary guild <Danish Einherjers> has officially resurrected its online presence with a new forum! As many of you may know, <Danish Einherjers> was founded in late 2001 by a rugged band of adventurers—Virtus, Xenosat, Mesteren, and others whose names are etched in our guild’s storied history. Back then, we roamed the realms of Midgard on the Merlin US server in Dark Age of Camelot (DAoC).
Our Storied Past:
In the golden age of DAoC, <Danish Einherjers> became the largest Danish guild in the entire game, renowned for our strength, camaraderie, and unwavering spirit. As time marched on, many of our members sought new challenges in other worlds—Star Wars Galaxies and World of Warcraft being among the most notable.
Now, as we return to our roots in the world of online gaming, it’s only fitting that our old domain, einherjers.dk, once again serves as a hub for our community. This time, it will be the heart of our new World of Warcraft Horde guild. This guild will be open to everyone, hence the Guild name ingame is <Einherjers> as long as you can write and understand english somewhat okay, you're more than welcome amongst our ranks!
Our New Home: Realm Fólkvangr
We’ve established our presence on the Realm Fólkvangr, a community-driven, free-to-play server hosted by Splashgame.org. This realm is our new battlefield, where the spirit of <Danish Einherjers> will live on, and our new adventures will unfold. Splashgame wrote a good article about playing on their free community realm.

This forum will be our central gathering place, just as it was in the days of DAoC. Here, you can expect:
Guild Announcements and important updates
Event Planning for raids, PvP, and other in-game activities
Guides and Tips shared by our veteran members
Social Interaction—reconnect with old friends or make new ones
Whether you're an old member from the DAoC days or a new recruit eager to join a guild with a rich history, you are welcome here. We’re looking for players on Fólkvangr who are ready to continue our legacy under the banner of the Horde.
You must register a account on splashgame.org and also download the game client directly or via torrent, if you don't already have it installed, you can also find and use whatever plugins you might wish, for most, pfUI and pfQuest are more than enough, as it's a complete Userinterface rewrite that changes the game client completely.
How to Join:
If you're on Realm Fólkvangr, and wish to become part of our guild, please ensure your character is at least level 10. Then, introduce yourself here on the forums, and our officers will guide you through the next steps.
